The Sons of the American Revolution offers youth programs for Eagle Scouts, JROTC Cadets, Sea Cadets, and students, promoting leadership, patriotism, and a deeper understanding of our nation’s history.
Through awards, scholarships, and creative contests in writing, video, and art, these programs recognize outstanding achievements and inspire future generations to carry forward the values of the American Revolution.
The SAR Eagle Scout Program honors the achievements of young men who attain the rank of Eagle Scout by presenting recognition certificates and offering the Arthur M. & Berdena King Eagle Scout Scholarship Contest.
The SAR honors outstanding ROTC and JROTC cadets who demonstrate leadership, academic success, and military bearing, awarding medals annually to celebrate these future leaders and promote patriotism to our nation.
The SAR sponsors national educational contests that encourage students to explore American history, develop civic awareness, and foster patriotism through essays, orations, and other creative competitions. Contests are available for students in grades 3 through 12.
